“All I wanted to be, was an actress. I trained in Paris, NY and here in Australia with the best practitioners in Voice, Body Language and Performance. And even though I received great feedback for my ability to inhabit a role and understand the psychology behind my characters, when I went to audition, I’d lose confidence and self-sabotage. Exasperated and overcome by my own, self-made limitations, I got curious. How do I skilfully communicate to get what I need?

This led me to train and study many bodies of work including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), NASA’s Process Communication Model (PCM), Bodies of Psychology, Learning Design, Meditation and Mindfulness, Business and specific tools in Influence, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.

Even though I no longer act, I have found something I love just as much as performance – coaching, training, mentoring and consulting. Through these avenues, I help others overcome their limitations, stop self-sabotaging and get the outcomes they’re after.”
