I have dedicated my life to helping people to become as influential as possible as quickly as possible and as respectfully as possible. 

Why? When you have the skills to get what you need and want, you are no longer frustrated, critical and ashamed. This improves the relationships around you, the community you are a part of and the power of that community to do great things.

How? By giving each person the skills to understand, accept and respect themselves and to effectively communicate what they need and want to others without shame, blame or attack.

The way I have done and continue to do this is by creating skill-based training that equips my clients with:

I have over 10 years of corporate communications coaching, a BA in Performance, more than 15 years of international performance training. I have also completed specialist studies in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Process Communication Model (PCM) and Mindfulness and Meditation training. This all means that I know how to help my clients become exceptionally confident, flexible and effective leaders, with the ability to influence others easily.

Process Communication Model (PCM)

To succeed in the dynamic and demanding environment of advertising, it is important to develop effective communication skills. These skills help you to build and maintain lasting relationships. These relationships are the cement for your career and establish you as a strong and clear leader. But becoming a brilliant communicator requires more than simply being able to communicate your ideas and be heard. You need to also be able to do so under extreme pressure.

PCM is also extremely effective at building high-performing teams. When colleagues know how to listen to each other, they can move much faster towards making decisions and executing on strategy. If your team can’t communicate well, not only are they are less efficient as a unit but as individuals they individually inadvertently promote miscommunication to your clients.

How do you help a team collaborate? Through education. Then they understand themselves, others and how to manage themselves and others under pressure.

This program follows the Process Communication Model (PCM). PCM is a research-based set of skills, which helps you communicate authentically and get what you need and want.

Through PCM, the team will also learn how to communicate, why communication is so crucial and how communicating effectively with others will get them what they need and want.

They will have not only the knowledge, but also the skills to respond moment by moment to positive communication and miscommunication.

The Process Communication Model Modules

Option 1: Communication Essentials (1 Day)

Communication Essentials focuses on the skills which make up positive communication. These techniques prevent miscommunication as we learn to communicate with colleagues, clients and business partners in their preferred way.

Communication Essentials is a practical session, which helps embed the skills you need to understand:
1) Perception: Each personality type has a perception that reflects the way they view the world around them
2) Personality Parts: Each personality type has behavioural preferences in how they prefer to be addressed
3) Channels of Communication: Each personality type has a preferred channel of communication that they respond best to.

Option 2: Personality Structure and Motivation Essentials (1 Day)

Personality Structure and Motivation Essentials focuses on the relationship between personality traits and motivation.Individual Personality Structure is comprised of six behaviour types called Thinker, Harmoniser, Persister, Rebel, Imaginer, and Promoter. When people are being motivated effectively, they are less prone to stress and entering distress.

Personality Structure and Motivation Essentials is a practical session to help you embed the skills you need to understand:
1. Recognise and appreciate the qualities of each personality type
2. Customize leadership and motivation strategies for each personality type.

Option 3: Miscommunication and Distress Essentials (1 Day)

Miscommunication and Distress Essentials
Miscommunication and Distress Essentials focuses on understanding miscommunication and distress sequence that shows how we descend through three degrees of distress. Having the right communication reduces distress, which can positively impact the bottom line of an organisation.

Miscommunication and Distress Essentials is a pragmatic session in which you will learn how to:
1. Recognise and understand the distress behaviour sequences
2. Learn and apply process strategies to restore healthy communication behaviour
3. Implement proactive strategies to help people function at their best.
